How late can I order for same-day delivery?
1 PM Monday–Friday, 11 AM on Saturday. After that, your order goes out first thing the next delivery day. If it's urgent, call the shop — if a driver is still out your way, we'll try.
What are your hours?
Monday–Friday 9 AM–4 PM, Saturday 9 AM–2 PM, closed Sunday. Orders placed online outside hours are picked up first thing the next morning.
Can you deliver to a funeral home, church, or hospital?
Yes — these deliveries are timed with care. Call us with the service time or room details and we'll coordinate directly so the flowers are exactly where they need to be, when they need to be there.
Will my arrangement look exactly like the photo?
It will look like Kay made it for you — same palette, same fullness, same style as the photo. Flowers are seasonal and each piece is made by hand, so expect its own personality rather than a photocopy. If a stem isn't at its best that morning, we substitute equal or greater value.
What if nobody's home?
Our driver will use good judgment — a safe covered spot, a neighbor, or a call to the recipient. For apartments and offices, a phone number for the recipient helps a lot.
Do you do weddings and events?
